He is a 6 month old Portugese Water Dog…

Apparently he was a gift from Senator Ted Kennedy who also has this breed of dog.  Ted Kennedy also owns Bo’s Brother “Cappy” — short for Captain Courageous.  The Senator named him Captain Courageous because he got him when he was going through his Cancer treatments.
